Refund Policy

Guidelines for refund eligibility and processing timelines.

1. Registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.

2. Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate transaction or confirmed technical payment failure.

3. To request a refund, participants must email support@spheronixtechnologies.com within 7 days of payment.

4. Refund request email must include team name, transaction ID, payment date, and reason for refund.

5. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Any bank, gateway, or card network processing delays are outside organizer control.
