5. The organizing committee may audit submissions and participant details for verification.

6. Registration is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules or formats due to operational requirements.

8. By registering, participants agree to event communications and policy updates via registered email addresses.

9. The decision of judges and organizing committee is final and binding.
